Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can email your order (typed straight into an email) or order online, your order can also be posted or faxed (you don’t need to use the order form).
Karyn will acknowledge receipt of your order if an email address is given.

Q: Can I scan the order form and email it?

A: Yes you can :-)

Q: When is payment due?

A: Payment is due at the time of ordering. Badges are handmade to order. Please request bank account details (NZ & Oz customers), or for other countries please request payment options

Karyn will not start work on unpaid orders

Q: How often do you email order updates?

A: About every 10 days

Q: Can I add more badges to my order?

A: Yes you can :-)

Q: Can I phone you to discuss my order?

A: Yes :-) – Please call weekdays during business hours
